Hello 👋 – We’re Henry and Nissa, a couple living on the South Coast of the UK with our two young sons.
Henry has been working as a UX consultant since 2012, and Nissa joined the journey in 2015, specialising in User Research.
We’ve had the privilege of working with organisations across both the public and private sectors. Some standout projects have been for the DfT, ESFA, NHS, UKHSA, The Met Police, ONS, and Ofgem.
Together, we cover the full lifecycle of product and service design. Henry originally trained as a front-end developer before transitioning to UX, while Nissa studied at UCL, specialising in Anthropology and Human Sciences.
A common thread throughout our work is accessibility. We firmly believe that products and services should be designed and built to be inclusive for all. This means testing with real people, including those with disabilities, throughout the design process.
